Welcome to the Inverness County Centre for the Arts - a hub for creative activity, a place to make art, view art, and learn about art. We have a diverse array of programs that build creative courage in individuals and strengthen communities. We are a gathering place, a place of inspiration, a place where creativity and community are nurtured and cherished. It is a place where children and adults alike explore, learn, and grow. We are a place where professional and amateur artists get the supports they need to thrive; where a deep and abiding love of art is borne by everyone who walks through the doors or participates in a program or event.

FEATURED EVENTS
Brìghde Chaimbeul is a Scottish smallpipes player from the Isle of Skye whose music moves between Gàidhlig tradition and contemporary experimental sound. Chaimbeul rose to prominence as a prodigy of traditional music, but has since taken smallpipes into uncharted territory. A fearless artist continuing the living traditions of old music in profound new ways. Arriving in time to celebrate Lùnasa, the beginning of the harvest season, we are thrilled to share these two opportunities on both the east and west coasts of Cape Breton Island.
