WORKSHOP APPLICATIONS

 Artist Instructor for Youth/Kids Programming:

ICCA is looking for artists who have a passion for teaching children the joys of creating and making art. If you love being an artist and want to pass along the skills and techniques in a fun, engaging and exploratory way with kids, then this could be a great fit! We are looking for artist teachers with the following:

– At least 1-2 years teaching experience with children ages 2-18
– An artistic practice or 3+ year experience making art
– Able to design outstanding lesson outlines involving fun and engaging ways to learn art in a cooperative, friendly setting
– Exceptional management skills

Artist Instructor for Adult Programming:

Are you a professional artist who enjoys sharing your knowledge, ideas and skills of art making with students? We are looking for artist teachers/instructors with the following:

– An professional art/activity practice or 5+ year experience making art and exhibiting/selling your work
– At least 1-2 years teaching experience with adults
– Able to design outstanding lesson outlines involving  fun and engaging ways to learn art in a cooperative, friendly setting
– Friendly, adaptable teaching approach to accommodate various learning styles
